Quelle che vedete nella foto sembrano proprio spade laser per Jedi professionisti, ma non lasciatevi ingannare. Non arrivano dallo spazio più profondo e nemmeno da qualche fabbrica di giocattoli in Cina, ma sono spade fai-da-te create con materiali che potete procurarvi facilmente. Ecco cosa vi serve per costruire una spada laser come quelle usate dai personaggi di Star Wars: un vecchio paio di occhiali per la visione in 3D, 2 tubi di plastica, 2 luci, materiale riflettente (carta stagnola ad esempio), adesivo.

1. Remove the red and blue filters from the 3D glasses, and tape one filter over the light-emitting end of each flashlight.
2. Insert the flashlights into the tubes and secure with several tight windings of tape.
3. Cap the other end of the tubes with a reflective cap of shiny material, with the shiny side facing inward (I used some scrap mylar duct insulation, taped over the end). This will illuminate the far end of the tube.
